服務條款
1. Your order and these terms
Read these terms together with our Refund Policy (/policies/refund-policy), Shipping Policy (/policies/shipping-policy), Warranty (/pages/warranty) and Privacy Policy (/policies/privacy-policy). Mandatory consumer rights always apply. A separately agreed business contract may govern a business purchase, without removing rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
An automated receipt acknowledges your order. We confirm acceptance after checking payment, availability, compatibility and delivery eligibility. If we cannot accept an order, we notify you and refund payments for the unaccepted order. We do not change an accepted specification, price or delivery commitment without your agreement.
2. Ready builds, configured PCs and bespoke MOD projects
Ready builds: the configuration and included items shown for the selected product apply.
Configured PCs: your base PC and selected upgrades form the agreed system. Upgrade items may appear as separate cart and invoice lines; this does not remove remedies relating to the complete system.
Bespoke MOD projects: the written build specification records the design, dimensions, finishes, hardware, cooling, included accessories, revision scope, payment stages, estimated build time and warranty.
Images can show example configurations or separately sold accessories. The product description and agreed specification identify what you are buying. We will disclose material differences before acceptance. Any substitution needs your approval. If we cannot supply what was agreed and you decline an alternative, we provide the remedy due, including a refund where applicable.
3. Prices and payment
The payable currency, items, discounts, shipping and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout or in your written quotation. Destination charges not collected by us must be identified before payment. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Available payment methods are those actually offered at checkout or on an official invoice.
For a staged project, the quotation states each payment amount, its trigger and the cancellation treatment before you pay. A deposit is not automatically non-refundable. We may perform proportionate payment verification through secure channels. Never send a full card number, security code or banking password through a contact form or chat.
4. Design approval and changes
We request written approval before starting irreversible fabrication or committing to non-returnable special purchases. A change request after approval may affect cost and timing; we explain both and obtain agreement before proceeding. Approval of a design does not waive rights relating to defects, unsafe goods or a system that does not match the agreed specification.
Performance depends on the complete configuration, application, resolution, settings and operating conditions. An illustrative benchmark is not a guarantee of identical results. Any specifically agreed performance requirement must be recorded in the build specification.
5. Delivery and handover
Production time and transit time are separate. The dispatch origin, destination, delivery estimate, tax treatment and any installation requirements are recorded before purchase. See our Shipping Policy for delays, inspection and transit damage. We remain responsible for resolving loss or damage during delivery arranged by us until the goods are delivered to you or your authorised recipient, subject to mandatory law.
6. Cancellation, returns and warranty
Our Refund Policy distinguishes cancellation before work begins, cancellation after authorised bespoke work, voluntary change-of-mind returns and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Our Warranty explains covered faults, exclusions, service routes and costs. A custom-made product is not exempt from defect remedies. No term requires you to waive a statutory cancellation, refund, complaint or payment-dispute right.
7. Responsible use, maintenance and data
Use the system within its supplied electrical specifications and follow its written care instructions. Contact us before changing an open-loop cooling circuit. Back up important files before service; diagnostics may require access or a reset, which we will explain. We do not exclude responsibility that the law places on us for negligent handling, data protection failures or defective work.
8. Designs and intellectual property
Our website materials and original design work remain the property of their respective owners. Buying a physical system does not transfer copyright or trademark rights unless agreed in writing. If you provide artwork for a custom build, you must have permission to use it. Component brand names identify products and do not by themselves imply a partnership or endorsement. We will agree separately before using identifiable customer information or confidential custom designs in publicity.
9. Liability and events outside our control
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. For delays outside our reasonable control, we notify you and discuss the available options; statutory rights and agreed remedies for non-delivery remain available.
10. Complaints and applicable law
Send your order number, issue and requested resolution to 0086tech@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge messages within 1 business days during the hours shown on our Contact page. You may also use the consumer authorities, courts and payment-provider procedures available to you.
These terms are governed by 0086tech, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply in your country of residence. This clause does not force a consumer to give up a forum or right available under applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
Updates apply prospectively. The terms supplied or made available when your order is accepted continue to govern that order unless you agree otherwise or a change is required by law. We keep a record of the applicable terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
