Sales Contract

1. Scope and Seller

These Sales Contract Terms (the “Terms”) govern purchases placed through the 0086TECH online store (the “Store”) by customers (“you” or “Buyer”) from Huizhou Hongwu Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Seller”, “we” or “us”). Registered address: 5/F, Block A, Phase II, Jimi IoV & Intelligent Terminal Beidou Industrial Park, No. 102 Jinfu Road, Xiaojinkou Subdistrict, Huicheng District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, P.R. China. Unified Social Credit Code: 91441302MAKCKJTG0Q. The brand name 0086TECH is used for this online storefront. These Terms apply to orders placed on this Store only; purchases on third-party marketplaces are also subject to the relevant marketplace rules.

2. Products and Order Details

We sell custom gaming PCs, computer components and related electronic products as described on the relevant product pages. Each order confirmation and its associated product-page information identify the selected product, configuration, quantity, unit price, currency, discounts, applicable shipping charges, taxes displayed at checkout and total payable amount. Where customization is available, please carefully review your chosen specifications before payment. Product images may be illustrative; the confirmed specifications govern, subject to applicable law.

3. Prices, Currency and Payment

The price and transaction currency shown at checkout and in the confirmed order govern your purchase. Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout. Oceanpayment is an enabled payment-service provider for this Store. Any additional payment methods are available only if displayed at checkout. A payment-service provider's settlement currency, conversion rate, fees and payout timing are separate from the currency and total charged to the Buyer. We do not request off-site payment unless separately and clearly agreed through an authenticated Seller channel.

4. Order Placement and Acceptance

Submitting an order is your offer to buy the selected products. We acknowledge receipt electronically. An order is accepted when we send an order-acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or otherwise begin fulfilling it, subject to mandatory applicable law. If an order cannot be fulfilled (for example due to stock, configuration, payment verification or an obvious pricing error), we will contact you and arrange a refund of any payment received for the unavailable order. We retain order data and confirmations as records of the specific transaction. An individual handwritten signature is not generally required for ordinary online orders where an enforceable electronic agreement has been formed.

5. Shipping, Delivery and Trade Terms

Available destinations, delivery options, shipping charges and estimated delivery windows will be presented on the Store or at checkout. The shipping address and chosen service are recorded in your order; tracking information is provided where available. Unless an Incoterms® rule is expressly stated in an accepted quotation or order confirmation, FOB, CIF or other Incoterms® rules do not automatically apply to consumer parcel deliveries. Risk of loss, title and responsibility for delivery are determined by the agreed delivery terms and any mandatory consumer law that applies. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

6. Import Charges and Customs

Depending on the destination and the selected shipping arrangement, customs duties, import VAT/GST, brokerage fees or other import charges may apply. Whether import charges are included in the checkout amount or payable separately depends on the destination and delivery option, as disclosed at checkout and in the applicable Shipping Policy. Please review that information before placing an order. This provision does not limit any mandatory pricing disclosures or consumer rights.

7. Product Quality and Warranty

The product specifications, included accessories and any express warranty are described on the applicable product page or warranty policy at the time of purchase. If an item is defective, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet mandatory legal standards, your statutory rights remain unaffected. For custom gaming PCs, any stated compatibility, assembly, testing and component substitutions must be reflected in the accepted order or communicated for your approval where required.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how to request cancellation, a return, repair, replacement or refund and the relevant contact procedure. The policy forms part of these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any rights to cancel, withdraw, return or receive remedies under mandatory law in your country or region take precedence over a conflicting policy term. Do not assume custom-built products are automatically excluded from all return or withdrawal rights; exceptions vary by jurisdiction.

9. Customer Support and Disputes

For questions or complaints, contact us using the support contact published on the Store's Contact Us page Email: support@0086tech.com.. We will first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to the Buyer, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Nothing here deprives a consumer of non-waivable rights or access to a competent court or authority under applicable law.

10. Precedence and Changes

For a specific order, the confirmed product configuration, quantity, transaction currency, final price and shipping selection recorded in the order take precedence over conflicting general descriptions in these Terms. A mandatory law or an expressly agreed written term takes precedence where applicable. We may update these Terms prospectively; the version presented or made available when your order was placed remains the reference version for that order, unless a lawful change is mutually agreed.

11. Contract Records

Electronic order confirmations, product and pricing details presented at the time of ordering, payment transaction records, shipping and delivery records, customer communications and the version of these Terms applicable to the transaction may be retained as evidence of the sale, subject to applicable privacy and recordkeeping rules. Our separate Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
